This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a product/service purchased through the Platform.
We offer refund/exchange within the first 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the purchased item should be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process the approved request in accordance with our policies.
Orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Orders are shipped within 4 days from the date of order/payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms. ABHYASTAH shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery confirmation will be sent to the email ID provided at the time of order. Any shipping costs levied are non-refundable.
